The final project costs have been internally audited and are enclosed herein in the application and Certificate of Payment #3 for approval. The Director of Construction Services had determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statutes. Recommendation That the project (21801358) be accepted as complete and the final payment to contractor be approved as presented.
